Windows XP Embedded upgrade to control systems
We have upgraded one of our most popular control systems to Windows XP Embedded.

Windows XP Embedded, among other features, will enable us to incorporate wireless internet technology into existing and future control systems.

Proposed wireless internet applications in our control systems include; remote diagnostics utilities, remote "take-over" control, automated data and error logging etc.

We hope to use wireless technology in our control systems to enable us to help customers anywhere in the world (with internet access!) who require assistance with one of our control systems.

Remote diagnostics and "take-over" control will allow us to assist customers in real time, at the control system, without having to go through multiple phone calls/email to diagnose and resolve an issue that a customer may have.
