PCB Design

We provide a PCB service that can efficiently produce a working prototype within a very short space of time.

We have over 30 years of experience and knowledge in PCB design at Jubilee Electronics. PCBs can be designed and produced from schematics designed by us for your project. We can also quickly and efficiently convert your own schematic to a PCB design and produce a prototype within a few days to a week. 

The PCB artwork can be routed automatically or manually - depending on the complexity, required layout, board shapes etc. We can accommodate for multiple layers, SMD and Through Hole components. The PCB design undertaken at Jubilee Electronics usually combines automatic and manual routing to produce a high quality PCB within a short space of time.

Our PCB design package has powerful checking tools to ensure circuit integrity and eradicate layout errors; the result is a PCB that is usually right the first time a prototype is produced.

We also have the facilities to:

- Load Gerber files provided by a customer if modifications to an artwork produced elsewhere is required.

- Import mechanical drawings in the form of .dxf (drawing exchange format) into our CAD system to enable PCBs to be fitted into unusual shaped enclosures etc.

- Output a 3D image of a PCB.  This helps when housing boards with tall or odd shaped components.

All PCB prototyping and component assembly is carried out in house to ensure a quick and efficient turn around
