Production and Manufacturing Facilities

With facilities to build and test designs in house, the development process of a project at Jubilee Electronics is quick and efficient.

We can offer you a wide range of facilities from initial PCB and product prototyping all the way through to medium scale runs of your final product.

We have the production and manufacturing facilities to:

- Manufacture one-off prototypes from our own, or others, designs.
- Assemble and produce (RoHS compliant) PCB's using surface mount and through hole technologies.
- Manufacture small to medium scale production runs from single units to thousands.
- Modify or customise existing hardware.
- Manufacture looms and cable runs for equipment.
- House control systems and equipment in custom manufactured housing and enclosures.

Our highly skilled staff have the capability to assemble small to medium size runs for products ranging from small sub-assemblies to completed end products.

We pride ourselves on the quality and attention to detail that we maintain throughout all stages of production.

Equipment Production Runs.

We have workshop facilities for the assembly of control systems, with the abilities to house products in a variety of cabinets and enclosures ranging from approximately 2x4 cm to 2x4m. All production and manufacturing work is undertaken here at Jubilee Electronics, ensuring a high standard for all of our production runs.

We have a small metal working facility. Tools including; bench drills, band saws, shears and grinders. We have a milling machine used mainly for plastic and small box work (converted to NC control using one of our own systems). Our large range of tools ensures that all of our production work is undertaken in house, where we can ensure quality workmanship.

Further workshops are used as test areas where we can provide and produce test procedures ranging from manually controlled to fully automatic. We have extensive test equipment including; high level metering, storage oscilloscopes and signal generators. We can also test for RF Pre-Compliance. All of our advanced test gear can be linked to a PC for data logging and automatic testing procedures.

All of the systems that we produce are 100% functionally tested, and if necessary soak tested, or temperature cycled in our oven to ensure full functionality.

PCB Assembly and Wiring Loom Production.

Our RoHS compliant PCB assembly production facilities range from prototypes to full production runs that can be supplied to a customer on a scheduled order. We use both through hole and surface mount technologies, priding ourselves on the quality and efficiency of our work.

We are equipped with a large variety of hand tools, temperature controlled soldering stations (with fume extraction) and inspection tools. We also produce our own jigs in house to aid assembly work. We have wire cut-to-length machines and pneumatic crimping presses for cable and wiring loom preparation.

We maintain our high standards of production by incorporating strict quality control procedures, with constant testing and monitoring of all boards and construction processes. Our assembly team also take immense pride in their work, guaranteeing high production standards for every board assembled.

We can provide extensive PCB design facilities, and can easily import your own Gerber data and have PCBs produced from these designs.

We will happily quote for both large and small PCB assembly runs, initial prototype boards, and wiring/cable loom production work.
