Illustrated opposite is a smaller rubber coated roll being set up for finishing. Our systems have been used for all types of roll, including the 3 metre diameter Yankee Dryer rolls. Even though the profiles we generate for the rolls are so small, typically less than 100 microns (0.1mm) over a 4 metre length, they must be accurate to less than one micron (0.001mm).
