The controller is designed to manage the progress of mono-rail trollies on a production line, providing speed control, buffering, staggered start up, and drop sections. The system also on-line fault location and diagnosis.

The unit is housed in a rugged die-cast enclosure, mounted to customer supplied brush gear. The paint finish is also customer specified, to match the rest of the control gear on-site.
