Our Story
Jubilee Electronics was established in 1976 and remains based in the traditional red-brick buildings of Jubilee Farm in North Nottinghamshire. Located near Blyth, just off the A1, our converted farm buildings provide a pleasant and distinctive environment for our design, production and administrative teams.
The company initially built its reputation through discreet and efficient design and development work for industrial control systems. As technology and UK industry evolved, Jubilee expanded its capabilities to include embedded software, product development, PCB assembly, wiring, box build, testing and complete specialist electronic equipment.
Today, we work with companies across a diverse range of industries, supporting projects from initial concept through to production and long-term product support.
Confidential, Client-Led Design and Manufacturing
We work closely with our customers throughout each project, from understanding the initial requirements through to design reviews, prototyping, testing and production.
We understand that this often involves access to commercially sensitive information, product concepts and technical documentation. Customer information is treated confidentially, and we are happy to work under a non-disclosure agreement where required.
The agreed ownership of project designs, intellectual property and deliverables is defined as part of the project scope.

An Experienced and Long-Standing Team
Our people are central to the service we provide. Our engineers, technicians and production staff combine technical knowledge with the practical experience required to develop products that can be manufactured, tested and supported reliably.
Several members of our team have worked at Jubilee for decades, with some having been with the company for more than 40 years. This continuity provides a considerable depth of knowledge and allows us to maintain long-term relationships with customers and their products.
Our team includes personnel trained in recognised workmanship and inspection standards, including IPC-A-610. Quality checks are incorporated throughout assembly, inspection and functional testing.

Our Company and Approach
Jubilee Electronics was established in 1976 and has nearly 50 years’ experience in electronic design and manufacture. During that time, we have developed and produced electronic systems for customers across a wide range of industries and applications.
We are based near Blyth in North Nottinghamshire, conveniently located just off the A1. Our offices, design facilities and production areas occupy converted farm buildings, providing a pleasant working environment quite different from a typical industrial unit or business estate.
We combine electronic hardware design, embedded software development and practical manufacturing experience within one company. This allows us to consider how a product will be assembled, tested, maintained and supported from the beginning of its development.
We are also proud of the experience and continuity within our team. Several members of staff have worked with Jubilee for decades, with some having been with the company for more than 40 years. This depth of knowledge is particularly valuable when supporting complex projects and long-life products.
Yes. We can support a complete project from initial requirements and electronic design through to embedded software, prototyping, production, testing and final assembly. We also undertake individual elements of a project where a customer only requires a particular service.
Having design and production teams working together helps us identify practical manufacturing and testing considerations early in the development process.
We understand that customers may need to share commercially sensitive information, product concepts and technical documentation with us. Such information is treated confidentially, and we are happy to work under a non-disclosure agreement where required.
Project ownership, intellectual property and the information provided to the customer are agreed as part of the scope of each project.
Yes. Our involvement does not necessarily end once a design is completed or the first units are delivered. We can provide ongoing production, technical support, product updates and assistance with component obsolescence throughout the product’s working life.
Many of our customer relationships have continued for many years, with Jubilee supporting successive product revisions and changing operational requirements.
